i feel that ther eis some people in the class that would do the same thing. if something isent working the way you want it to you would give up, not try and fix the problem theyll pass it off and wait for someone else to do it. i think the people that will do it sometime have to back off and give the others a push to try and make it to what the other sare doing. if you done give the person a chance they wont learn and wont have the chance to do anything. i belive the way to motavate others is by getting them upbeat and to give them a little push to help them do what others are doing.

i think that this was a amazing experence and i will never forget it. seeing there faces light up and you could tell that it made there day was awesome and i will never forget it. that total strangers come up to u and ask for help and when there done they cant stop thankng us and i think that that i the deffenishion of happieness to see them happy. also that everyone should do something like this in there community so they can learn and see it in a different perspective, because everone should learn the things that go on to help people. ive learned that you can be happy know matter what, and that everyone will need help sometime in there life and you have to help the person because without things like this people wouldnt make it anywhere and some kids would have a gift for christmas. at the end of the day you think about the kids that get the stuff and most of them are alot happier then the kids that have everything cause they get to relize that everything they get is a blessing and they really do aprecate it, not like some kids that have it all are stuck up and dont relize what they have and how happy they should be.

i think that people only look at the out side of people. they dont take the time to see past it, or thay dont want to see past it wich is the difference between people the ones to see how people are reall like are the ones that stop and help a stranger out and get them back on there feet. theres otheres that would rather step over the person to go somewhere then to stop and help. it will always be the same person that will stop and the same will just walk away, no matter where it is. you see it in the classroom all the time its always the same people that help out and will do things out of the classroom, and others are in here because this class is fun or just to get a easy creat. just like you said today when we where going the appreciate grams and people where talking mean things about others thous are the people that will step over the people in need. i believe that everyone should just give everyone a clean slip and treat everyone as equal, and life would be so much happier and not as much drama.

change the world project

what im going to do to make the world a better place is im going to make it more awear to stop calling people gay and a r*******.im going to do this my making it more awear when people say it, because more people dont understand what there really saying or they dont notice it.i would also make it a couple of days put out anousments to really notice that its not right and they have to stop using thous words. i belive that its important to say somming because some people wont, or cant. to make people awear that its not right and it has to stop. im doing this my starting to join the GSA and make my way uop so i was hopping next year to make it alot bigger and to make people alot more awear of it.

in leadership ive lurned not to jugbe people on where they hang out or who there friends are, and how they look or dress. i lurned to get to know them before jugbing them, because just because someone starts spreading a rumor and everyone belives it and thats how everything starts but im done listening to that ill find out for myself. :) i know i have to lurn alot more, i want to be able to control my anger better, and to just let go of the not important stuff and focus on the good things in life more then the bad because i do have a great life. i need to continue to work well with others, try to conect with others, and just listen and try to help as well as i can. i belive that im becoming a positive leader and one that you can always count on and i would alway be there for them.

Project Design Skills- in the hounted house i made posters to go around the school, i also decorated the hounted house my putting blood, and posters all over the room. with that i made the bathroom decerated with fake blood, caution and keep out signs. and made it look like an abanded bathroom.
Identifying and Dealing with barriers-  in the haunted house i hade to deal with trying to find fake blood to put on the wall wich i was uncessesful. but we did find some stuff to put on the mirror. with that we where trying to find out how the get the kids in the bathroom and out again with out running into eachother wich we figured out that we just bring them into the door so if there really scraed they can hide behide the wall. the one thing i felt difficult is when we started and i didnt think it was all going to work, i thought it would all fall down on someone an dget injered. also i thought that when we where trying to get too many people in at once and they would all clog up and not be able to get set up again. my personal barriors where when to come out of the stoll when there all in and paying attention. we solved that problem by having a signal to be able to jump out when they are all ready. i think i overcame lots of barriors but working it out with tiana and finding out what works best and we worked togethre to make a great fun house bathroom.
Interpersonal Skills-i belive to get everyone involved we just talked about everything that sounded good and all together voted to make the best desegen for the group. i think it worked perfect because we there all split up into groups and areas so it was alot easier to get your voice heard and i think everyone did. as it is everyone is a leader in the class some are quiet and others are loud, ita a great mix but everyone has good ideas and it worked perfect beacuse everyone did and with out that it wouldnt work out the same.
Understanding & Working with Diversity- although it dosent seem like we have alot diversity in the class but there more then it looks like from the athelets to the popular and more. i think we all get along great thou,we all lurned how to work with diversity and i belive that we all know how eachother work. some like to be orginezed and other are just happy doing what people tell them. and i think thats how we worked with diversity
Leadership skills-i think me leadership skills where listening to everyone so we could try everyone idea if possible, orginization, but figurig out what to put and when we figured that out we could carry on what we needed to do, and take anichative to get things going not waiting fo rsomeone to tell me i figure it out on my own .in the bathroom me and taina where the only ones woring in there and we get along relly well so we both where the leaders in the room.
Personal managent skills- in this project i managed my self well, i was always bussy woorking on stuff or scaring people. the area i struggled with was to time comming out of the bathroom on time, and being able to screaming at them the hole lunch hour.i always think i can do a little more to help, but i did farly well with it, i was always in there or making posters or hidding somewhere.i dont think i did need refocusing i did what needed to be done and did it well.i can always improve on somthing but mainly on being more understanding with others and lurning how to relate.
Self-assesment skills- over all i think i did great, i worked well and staied on task. if i where to give my self a mark out of 20 i would get a 15-18 because i worked well with others, stayed on task and helped others.

his story is one of a kind that he made a lot bigger differnce to the people that really need it. that the people get up everyday not having the thing we have but are happier to be excited to learn,to be happy about everyone when the get beeten for fun or having to work all the time like and adult.this chapter was on that i would read again and thats saing alot because i hate to read because someone that hade his life alread paned and was so ready to carey it out and to not except when someone offers a great oppertunity and if that man didnt stop bugging him he would of never got that experince. with that if marc left when he wanted to when one bad thing happened right infornt of you that it makes yo ugive up and the only reason why he really stayed is because of one little boy and made the big differnce. that marc could of stayed in thhe us and made a lot of mone and didnt have to do alot but he desided to make that difference follow out his new dream and to bhe ahppy with not alot of money to be doing the stuff thathe loves to do. waking up everymorning with a smile on his face know that hes making a differnce is worth more then money can bring HAPPIENESS
